Refund & Return Policy

No Returns – Shipping Risk & Special Handling

Because our canvas art requires special packaging and handling, returning a piece is not feasible. The risk of damage during return shipping is high, and proper boxes and care are needed to ensure the artwork’s safety. For these reasons, we cannot accept returns under any circumstances.

 

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been received.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
